P2 New Construction Deals & Builder Incentives

Now is a fantastic time to buy a new home

from local builders!

Most builder are offering great deals and incentives in order to reduce excess inventory, before they commit to funding anymore new home construction projects.

However, do not visit or sign in with a new home builder . . . until you speak to me!

If you do, you will be signing an agreement to waive your right to representation by a Realtor. As a Realtor, I can assist you by leveraging additional incentives which the builder will not reveal to you.

But, once you sign in or visit without me being there, you will lose out. And be sure that the builder is counting on that. So make sure that you contact me, before you meet the builder’s staff or you will definitely leave money on the closing table.

Conduct a New Home Search (Click here or see link above).
Review the directory and other sources of information (e.g. newspaper, home magazines, etc.) to identify builders and communities that interest you.
Contact me at least three (3) days before you plan to contact or visit any builders.

As your representative, I will accompany you and register you with the builder's staff, thus locking in other valuable incentives, above those advertised!
