  • Automated Message Service - Don't waste your time fielding every call about your property--many are not serious.  Provide instructions to potential Buyers, via a toll free message service and separate the lookers from serious Buyers.
  •  Mortgage Pre-Approval Service -   Don't let anyone into your home, until you know that they are actually a serious Buyer and not just a looker; or worst,  a criminal!  Additionally, pre-qualification Ietters are next to worthless.  Don't waste your time with a potential buyer, unless they are pre-approved, by a reputable mortgage company, for a specified mortgage loan amount.    I can sort out the "cream of the crop" using the pre-approval process, through our mortgage company.  I will gather the buyers’ personal data, pull credit reports and perform other actions necessary to verify the identity of your potential buyers, as well as, evaluate their creditworthiness and financial ability to buy your home.  You can know very shortly whether to continue negotiations or move to your next offer.
